Group Types

Each week's theme incorporates principles, assessments, readings, a movie suggestion, and personal exercises like art therapy, breathwork, meditation, and journaling prompts. building on specific themes with personalized assessments, activities, and tools to enhance their mindfulness journey


Member Guidelines

1. Safe Environment:

  • Respectful Behavior: All members must engage respectfully and mindfully with others. No harassment, hate speech, or disrespectful behavior will be tolerated.
  • Confidentiality: What is shared within the group stays in the group. Members must respect the confidentiality of others and refrain from sharing anyone's personal information outside the group.

2. Anonymity:

  • Members may choose to maintain their anonymity. You are free to use a pseudonym or username that does not reveal your identity. Please do not pressure others to disclose personal details they are not comfortable sharing.
  • It is each member's responsibility to safeguard their personal information and maintain privacy in all group interactions.

3. Communication Etiquette:

  • Inside the Group: Communication should remain constructive, mindful, and on-topic. Group discussions should be related to mindfulness, personal growth, and well-being.
  • Outside the Group: MindLife Mastery is not responsible or liable for any personal relationships or communications that occur outside of the group. If you choose to interact with other members privately, please do so with caution and responsibility.

4. No Medical Advice:

  • The mindfulness group is not a substitute for professional medical therapy, diagnosis, or treatment. Participation in mindfulness practices is for personal growth and well-being only. If you are undergoing therapy or medical treatment, it is important that you continue to follow the advice of your healthcare provider.
  • MindLife Mastery does not interfere with or replace medical or psychological therapy. Members are encouraged to consult professionals for any health-related issues.

5. What You Can Do:

  • Share your experiences in mindfulness practice, insights, and reflections in a respectful and supportive manner.
  • Participate in group activities, discussions, and exercises to deepen your personal mindfulness practice.
  • Reach out to group facilitators if you have any concerns, need guidance, or support within the group setting.

6. What You Cannot Do:

  • Share confidential information of other members outside the group.
  • Engage in any form of disrespectful or harmful behavior toward other members.
  • Use the group as a platform for solicitation or promotion of personal services, products, or external organizations.
  • Disregard the privacy and boundaries of others, including pressuring anyone for personal information or outside contact.
